About jessie upton
Jessie is an acomplished performer with her main interests lying in music theatre and jazz. She graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts Foundation Music Theatre Program in 2008 and has performed in such shows at an amatuer level as Beauty and the Beast (2007), The Witches of Eastwick (2006) and Les Miserables (2005) with Geelong Lyric Theatre Society, Tommy (2008) with Geelong Musical Comedy Company and Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (2006) and Annie Get Your Gun (2005) with Footlight Productions as well as last year performing in Solo Songs, Songs and Scenes, The Kookaburra Gala Concert at Her Majestys Theatre and the well received The Boy From Oz in which she played trio member Shena with the VCA. I have studied music theatre at the Victorian College of the Arts and am currently exploring the world of burlesque and circus arts to slowly create a cabaret act. I am also currently studying a Certificate Four in Jazz Music through N.M.I.T. and am hoping to continue into a bachelor of music next year.
