What music has inspired you?
I have listenned to all styles of Guitar over the past 40yrs. I grew up in the 60's and believe these produced guitar players with the most genuine 'Soul' in their playing, others have merely copied 'the Greats'. My junior school was "Peninsular Grammar' Rah Rah"!! and I was school buddies with Australian Crawl. So I was greatly influenced by Simon Binks...a great Aussie Guitarist. I am seriously into Electric Blues eg Stevie ray vaughan. I have recieved the greatest instruction from listenning to his complex phrasing.

What music are you listening to at the moment?
Stevie ray vaughan, Hendrix, Guns and Roses (Slash), Robert Cray, Kings of Leon.

If you had a choice to play one song, what would it be, and why?
"Little Wing" .....go figure !!!

Where will you be in five years from now?
In a loving relationship with my beautiful wife. Getting regular gigs around Brisbane with the band of 'reliable' players that I recruited five years ago !!!

What venue would you most like to play at?
The Montery Jazz Festival.......if you make it there, you have serious 'Cred' as a talented musician.

If you had a choice, who would be your support band?
Guns and Roses, or Australian crawl.

Have you ever played in a band before, and if so who?
At last count it was band# 9, over the past 30 years. 4 of which have played regular professional dates.

Three people you would invite to your gig and why?
Jimmi Hendrix; to thank him for his sublime brilliance ! John lennon; to see if he would agree to come back and tell our f@*#& up world "All you need is Love" !!! George Bush; to teach him he needs some "Soul" !!!

Any tips you would like to share with your fellow musos?
If musicians are 'artists' and artist are meant to be able to express 'inner beauty"........then why are so many musicians 'arrogant arse holes' !! Get over yourselves and learn to collaborate!!

Do you live the Rock n Roll lifestyle?
No, it is another stupid illusion conjured by Holliwood. Stay healthy, don't smoke, don't eat processed shit, lots of excercise, be faithfull to family and loved ones. Remember if you fuck up your brain and body with drugs you won't be a 'sharp player' and no one wants to be around a washed up 'loser'.
