heavy music most of the time including such bands as Slipknot and Atreyu but now it is more so Mcfly and Avenged Sevenfold taking over my practice time...

Stay strong and confident whilst performing... no matter how hard it gets... sweating and shit is fine... but when it comes to passing out... DONT!!! keep hydrated :D
