About Sahara
- Hailing from Dublin and now living in Australia, this award winning, multi-instrumental duo’s original songs are contemporary and eclectic with a hint of Irish. The instrumentation which includes vocals, flageolet, guitar, sax, flute, recorder and sequencing coupled with Trish and Dave’s highly skilled compositions and engaging Irish wit always leaves their audiences wanting more. Their success has been soaring internationally since the release of their CDs that have received critical acclaim with both ‘Vision’ and ‘Live @ the Malthouse’ rated three and a half stars in major publications. Sahara has spent years on the road touring around Australia – their most recent tour was promoting their latest release ‘A New Beginning’. Sahara Music is delighted to announce the latest CD from Sahara 'There is this place I go' that has just been released. All new material written over the last couple of years and the feedback so far has been positive in the extreme! Visit Sahara on www.saharamusic.com.au to hear sample mp3s.
