  • LOOKING FOR BASSIST!!!! Paintbox City, All local in Sydney, this young 6 piece pop/rock group won’t stop till they succeed. The band contains of the original member Melanie Louw (19) as the Lead Vocalist and new members Shane Bell (19) on Lead Guitar, John Lamont (20) On Rhythm Guitar, Bob Sta-Maria (19) on Keys and Stanislav Rumyantsev (21) On Drums. Originally formed in 2008 playing original Pop/Rock music all around Sydney. The young band performed at the famous Luna Park in Sydney in 2008, where they organised a Tokio Hotel fan action concert for all Tokio Hotel fans in Australia. At the start of 2009 they headed to the studio to lay down their famous tracks "Never Let You Go", "Oxygen", "Proximity", "Last Forever" and "Sarah" at Freefall Studios with Antonio Hanna. After completing their 2009 EP all the way through the year they performed in venues all around Sydney and some in Melbourne. A Music Video for "Never Let You Go" was filmed, They stared in a advert for Jumping Ship Productions, They were apart of the famous POPKOMM in Germany as one of the 5 chosen bands in Australia to be represented at the Conference, They are being played all around the world on International Radio Stations and now they are working on their new music video that’s to be filmed in February for their track “Oxygen” with 20/20 Films, they are creating a 2 disc EP for 2011, one disc will contain their 2009 EP and the 2nd one their new 2011 tracks that will be recorded in March at Freefall Studios. All hard work and such a little time, this band has accomplished so much. They keep on pushing themselves to the limit to fulfill their dream.
